Having established a shortage and demand for new office and warehouse units to serve Redcar & East Cleveland, David assisted the client in the acquisition of the land, helped with the design and development of the scheme's phases, and also assisted with the award of grant funding.
The initial phase of warehouse units were quickly let and the investment sold to a local investor. The first phase of offices were let to the NHS and Cleveland Police and investments sold.
Kirkleatham Business Park was awarded Enterprise Zone status with up to 5 years rates free for qualifying businesses. The premises have now all been sold
